Teatro Central, another venue across the river within the old Expo '92 grounds, also hosts a number of performances as well as music and dance. Finally, Teatro Alameda is focused on the children, offering theatre and performaces for the little ones.

Parque Maria Luisa will receive some 10 million Euros to promote more cultural activities leisure activities in the coming year. The goal is to make the park more of a center of activity for the people of Sevilla, with cultural events and more being decided. Included in the plans is renovation of the land around the Plaza de España, Seville's third most visited site behond the Alcazar and the Cathedral.
