Apartment on Calle San Esteban

Hi Mom and Rod! I am having a little fun with this and since these are all templates from my website this was actually the easiest way to put this all together. To the right is the view to the apartment from the staircase. It is an interior apartment so it's away from the noise of the street. But with the two terraces and the layout of the interior patio there is also a good amount of light which enters into the apartment. This is located exactly between the Pollos Asados sign and the sign to Hotel Casa Imperial and of course the calle Imperial where Jan and Angel live. Below are some photo albums. Photos are reduced in quality so they should be quicker to see.

Photos, etc.

Pluses:

  • two private terraces with a view of the cathedral. Easy to hang your laundry, too. the second terrace has a charcoal grill which looks fairly new and I am guessing will remain at the apartment.
  • new, comfortable and fairly tasteful furniture
  • a lot of light in the living room and upstairs bedroom
  • marble floors
  • open kitchen into living room and dining room area
  • two baths
  • two bedrooms
  • built in closets
  • shared larger roof terrace where you can see a few processions from Semana Santa
  • full size fridge
  • washer
  • location

Location:

close to family. Also a five to seven minute walk to Santa Cruz, El Modesto. 5 minutes to Plaza Alfalfa and 10 minutes to Plaza Salvador and Sierpes (shopping district). Pretty convenient to the train station. 3 minutes from my office!
