Bringing together the best musicians and dancers the XIII
Bienal de Flamenco began in 1980 and has been going strong
for 25 years. Of course as it's a bi-annual event this is
the thirteenth installment which will last for almost 40
days and include a multitude of venues throughout the city.
Below is a schedule of events and ticket information, but
for much more I recommend the official site, bienal-flamenco.org,
for details on just about everything. Expect the events
to be a little more crowded after the opera Carmen in Sevilla
was cancelled. Many who made travel plans will be in Sevilla
and these concerts are likely to be a popular choice!
