WOMEX: World Music Expo in Seville

WOMEX comes to Sevilla this week and with it comes the World Flamenco Fair. Nightly concerts on from the 23rd to the 25th of October are the highlight of the trade show and conference. Acts from all over the world will be performing at the Palenque Sevilla, located on the in the Cartuja, site of the 1992 World's Fair.

Finally, you can catch a webcast if you can't make it. It's a great opportunity to see some of the best acts on the world music scene today.

IPerformance Schedule
Concerts are scheduled each night. As there are multiple stages some begin at the same time.

Ticket Prices and Information
Ticket prices are 30€ for a 3-day pass to all shows or 12€ for any one day. Surcharges may apply depending on where or how you buy them. Online ticket sales are through ticktackticket.com, the Spanish equivalent to Ticket Master. There are also a number of puntos de venta, or local sales points in shops in Sevilla. You can also purchase tickets the day of the show at across the bridge in the Cartuja at the Palenque (tel: 95 446 75 38).
